I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They gave me a helpful briefing about the location, which made it easy to explore the area. I was especially touched by how they celebrated my birthday — it truly made my day unforgettable. Thank you for the thoughtful farewell as well. I really appreciate the kindness and attention during my stay! If your going to Madrid this is a perfect place to say

Check-in was super quick and easy, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. We even got an early check-in without any issues. Very helpful and kind staff, especially Pablo! Very clean room, cleaned daily. Perfect location right at Plaza España and Gran Vía. Shops, bars, clubs and restaurants all super close. Had a gym, pool and spa, even though we didn’t use them. Price was great (probably because it was off-season). Worth it.

Location excellent. Spacious room, nice view. Fresh breakfast. We got a room.on the 8th floor. Shortly a constant music started and lasts hours. I decided to check on the reception. They react immediately and advise that our room neighbors are very loud. So hotel proposed us another room on the 10th floor. Much appreciated.

Is close to central and next to Riu hotel Same time close to metro . Also only 15 min away from airport And gou have taxi everywhere every second ( not expensive) depending on location but max is €35 . Lovely staff and rooftop bar and restaurant was amazing . We really enjoyed the trip and recommend
