The room is excellent, it was spacious, modern and very comfy. The view and location is very beautiful. The breakfast is delicious, high quality food with many variations of food and drinks. Very delicious fresh healthy orange juice. All the staffs are very great, kind and helpful. The concierge and receptionist are very accommodated. If you need something 5 minutes after you call them they will come and resolve your request. My wife's friend want a very special tea but there is no available in the near by market at the time, they help us to arrange somebody to pick it up from a very far location in a short period of time and bring it to us in the hotel. They valued their customer so much. Overall I was impressed by the hospitality of the hotel. Highly recommended one.

The room was excellent Breakfast was superb Location is second to none Overall comfort was excellent Cleanliness was superb The staff were friendly, obliging, attentive, kind & professional Simon Vela went out of his way to ensure that our stay was a memorable one Angel Fernandez was always there to make sure that we had whatever we needed Marta at reception was kind, efficient and professional in everything she did to accommodate us We have travelled to many first class hotels around Europe - few if any can match this hotel and its superb team We were truly sorry to leave this home away from home - but we shall be back

Stunning hotel with excellent service. Everything was absolutely beautiful; I felt totally pampered. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The bed was super comfortable and the bathrooms had every convenience, including L'Occitane products. Room controls (including window shades) were accessible while in bed. I ate dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Service was amazing again (I was there on the early side for the sunset) and the food was good (not outstanding.) The hotel is right on the Plaza de Espagna, which is where I wanted to stay, but a little ways from the museums and other sites.

The hotel is perfectly situated by a lovely park and fabulous restaurants. It is away from the chaos of the extreme tourism. The palace is a short stroll away along with some of the more lovely neighborhoods of Madrid. each room is silent with excellent lighting and very large rooms. large, separate hallway and luxurious bathrooms. breakfast was an endless option of warm and cold food. Plus you can order off the menu. The choices were delicious and endless.

There is a very nice concierge staff called Ainara . She is super helpful for my trip about booking the ticket to any kind of activities liked museum, train ticket … make sure we can have a very smooth journey. Even brining me the train ticket to my room once it’s ready 🙏🙏🙏 it makes us feeling comfortable and relief sometimes when we know nothing about this country . It’s really amazing to us 🙏🙏🙏 overall the staffs of the hotel is nice and hospitality.
