VP Plaza España Design

Check-in was super quick and easy, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. We even got an early check-in without any issues. Very helpful and kind staff, especially Pablo! Very clean room, cleaned daily. Perfect location right at Plaza España and Gran Vía. Shops, bars, clubs and restaurants all super close. Had a gym, pool and spa, even though we didn’t use them. Price was great (probably because it was off-season). Worth it.

Nice big hotel

From the moment we were greeted at the curb by the doorman and bellhop, we were pampered and cared for throughout our stay! We loved the availability of the "guest experiences" staff who helped us plan our activities. The room was spacious and well-designed for comfort. A view of Plaza España was a glorious bonus! VP Plaza España is within walking distance of the Prado, the royal palace, Puerto Sol, and San Miguel Market. In the morning the breakfast buffet was a gorgeous array of fresh fruits, meats, cheeses, pastries, hot dishes, and accompaniments. It is also possible to order off the menu. My husband and I savored every moment we were in this wonderful hotel. In fact, we didn't want to leave it!
